2. Hosting by STRATO

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary access data, in particular your IP address, date and time, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer and retrieval status. Processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

STRATO states that it stores IP addresses for no more than seven days to detect and prevent attacks. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR must be in place with STRATO for the hosting service.

3. Cookies and local storage

The publicly available pages use no analytics or marketing cookies. The technically necessary cookie mate_consent_v1 stores your privacy selection for no more than twelve months. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

WordPress does not set additional theme cookies for visitors who are not signed in. For administrators, technically necessary WordPress login and security cookies may be used after sign-in. Optional external content may only be loaded after you have given consent.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the contents of your message and the technical metadata required to handle your request. Processing is carried out to respond to your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related matters or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. The data is deleted once the request has been resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Please do not send access tokens, pairing codes, complete receipts or other confidential data that is not required.

5. Recipients and international transfers

STRATO receives website data as our processor. This website does not use analytics, advertising, social media, external font or marketing services. The website is not intended to transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
